Bubba-N-Friends

This evening, we brought home Christina. While she's only here, this weekend, for a "visit", the paperwork and court order should go through on Monday or Tuesday, placing her with us as a foster child.

Today, the court order was entered into the system, and Christina is officially living with us as a foster child. Matt really likes her, and she seems to like us...especially the pets.

Today was Tina's 13th birthday. While dad (I) was bowling in the Greater Indianapolis Bowling Association City Tournament, Mom took Tina and Bubba out to see The Haunted Mansion. On my way home, I picked up a cake, and then we went to Steak-N-Shake for dinner...Tina's choice. Steak-N-Shake was pretty crowded, so we did the takeout thing, so we were able to do presents and cake right after dinner. I'm pretty sure that a good time was had by all. In the meantime, tomorrow's Tina's first day of school, now that she's with us. She won't admit it, but I think she's excited...new school, hopefully, new friends, etc. Should be interesting.
